What makes the Sanctuary Robe different?

Our robe was designed to be your second skin — elevated, breathable, and intentionally constructed for real life. Unlike traditional robes, it’s lightweight, structured, and flattering enough to wear beyond the house.

What is the robe made from?

The Sanctuary Robe is made from 100% organic cotton in a breathable waffle weave that feels soft, airy, and effortless against the skin.

Is the robe sustainable?

Yes. Our fabric is Oeko-Tex® certified, meaning it’s tested for harmful substances and safe for both you and the environment. We produce in small batches to minimize waste.

Where is the robe made?

Designed in Los Angeles. Sewn in Turkey — a region known for producing some of the world’s highest quality cotton textiles.

What does Oeko-Tex® certified mean?

It means every component of the fabric has been tested and verified to be free from harmful chemicals, making it safe for your skin and better for the planet.

What is the waffle texture?

A waffle weave is a structured cotton texture that allows airflow while maintaining shape. It’s breathable, lightweight, and ideal for year-round wear.

Is the robe lightweight or heavy?

Lightweight. It’s designed to feel effortless and breathable, without the bulk of traditional robes.

What are the key design details?

What is the travel sham?

A matching pouch designed to store your robe when traveling — making it easy to bring your rituals with you wherever you go.

Can I wear it outside the house?

Yes. The robe is designed to transition from home to travel, poolside, or getting ready — without looking like traditional loungewear.

How does the robe fit?

The Sanctuary Robe has a relaxed, flattering fit designed to drape effortlessly on the body.

What size should I order?

We recommend selecting your usual size. If you prefer an oversized, more relaxed look, you can size up.

Is it true to size?

Yes — with a slightly relaxed silhouette for comfort and versatility.

Is the robe adjustable?

Yes. The sewn-in waistband allows for an adjustable fit while maintaining structure.

Will more sizes be available?

We’re starting with a thoughtfully selected size range and plan to expand based on demand.

CARE

How do I care for my robe?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

Will the robe shrink?

Because it’s made from 100% cotton, slight shrinkage may occur if dried on high heat. We recommend low heat or air drying.

Will it get softer over time?

Yes — the fabric softens beautifully with each wash while maintaining its structure.

Can I iron it?

Yes, on low heat if desired, though the natural texture is designed to look effortless.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally soon.

When will my order ship?

Orders will begin shipping shortly after launch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for $30.00.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is included with purchase unless expedited shipping is preferred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be inspected upon arrival and refunds will be issued within 14 days. If the robe is returned, stained, damaged or showing signs or wear we will not grant a refund.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@grwmco.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, exchanges are available based on inventory.

Are returns free?

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping labels. We do not provide them at this time.

ORDERS & SUPPORT

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please reach out immediately if needed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us right away at info@grwmco.com with images of the damages and we’ll make it right asap.
